Shipping and Returns

Here you can find a more comprehensive guide to our shipping policy.

Please note that all my prints are sold unframed. I pack all my prints in a cellophane sleeve with a card backing, these are shipped in a non-bending envelope. I aim to despatch orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Once you have received your print, take care removing it as they can be easily damaged.

UK Shipping

I use Royal Mail for all UK shipping and I now use 2nd class standard delivery as this is more economical.

With this said you can expect delivery within  2-3 business days within the UK.

For orders up to £3, postage is £1.00

For orders up to £18, postage is £2.05

For orders up to £42, postage is £2.45

For orders up to £66, postage is £2.65

For orders up to £100, postage is £4.85

For orders over £100, postage is free!

USA and Canada Shipping

I now offer shipping to the USA and Canada. Items should be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

Here's a guide to postage USA and Canada postage costs:

For orders up to £3, postage is £2.15

For orders up to £18, postage is £5.45

For orders up to £42, postage is £6.15

For orders up to £66, postage is £7.05

For orders over £66, postage is £15.00

Free local delivery within Whitchurch, Hampshire

I also offer free local delivery within Whitchurch, Hants. Please select 'Whitchurch Free Delivery' at check out.

I can deliver between 10am and 6pm Mon-Fri.

In person pickup

If you are local and would like to collect your order, please select 'Studio Pickup' at check out.

 

Returns

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will refund the cost of the item (not the shipping fee or return fees) but the item must be in a resalable condition and in the original packaging. Your return will be credited to your original form payment please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
